How much power will a 727 hold without being built?

I thought the tranny temp wasn't an issue if your weren't towing...
I guess i didnt explain well. My race truck is an 800HP Lingenfelter LS1 Silverado. Extended cab at that.LOL I use the 4k stall to jump off the line and be in the window to spray a 225 shot off the line.

My truck is stock and will spike 250*like nothing on a long gradual grade pulling my 36 ft. trailer with the Charger in it.If I change the TQ.converter I should change the flexplate also shouldn't I??

Bushy would it be too much trouble to post a pic of one of the blown seals caused by high line pressure. i have raced these trans for more years than i care to remember. i recently blew the piston out of the front drum and reused the seals when i repaired it. i honestly have never seen one blow from high pressure. i built my first one in 1964. i have built a few in my lifetime. i quit looking at pressure gauge years ago, scared me.
