Glacier Diesel power has them. Called a dorman fitting.

Cool, thanks ! I'll send off for that, maybe this is the source of the leak. What do you think about the motor starting off very smooth for a few seconds after sitting all night, could that be evidence of a leak in the line ?

I've had some odd vibrations at idle over the years for various different reasons. Mostly when it's really cold out.

Check the oil level. I was 3 quarts low once ( I know ) caused a real bad vibration.

I also had a heck of a time getting a smooth idle back after gelling up once at -45*F. Ended up setting the hand throttle to ~1000rpm and then cracking the injector lines for a bit to really bleed them out.

In your case I would consider installing some clea line between the Fuel filter and IP to see if there is any air comming into the system.

Oh, I just put on a new HG like a month ago, the oil is fine, just checked it the other day. Starts instantly every time. I've cracked the lines a bunch of times to bleed it, and to see if maybe this is a bad injector, but it's not.

Yeah, I should plumb some clear line in there to see what is up. Just ordered that dorman fitting, too, thanks again for the tip.

Did you crack them at idle? I had to do mine at about 1000rpm to really clear them out once apon a time.

Yeah, at idle. I suppose I could get someone to step on it a little while I crack 'em..
