How to make a dodge wiper motor work with a 3 position switch

So in the build of my truck I re-wired the entire truck with a Ron Francis kit. I am using a universal 3 position wiper switch with wash function. When testing the wiper motor the fuse would blow. If I turned the switch on before cycling the ignition the wipers would work in high and low but blow the fuse when off/park. The FSM wasn’t helpful in figuring out how the wiper motor actually functioned internally. After hours searching and talking to car buddies and 10 fuses later, I found a you tube video using two relays. Now the wiper functions and park when off.
