Did you have a filter between the tank and the electric pump?

I added a filter to mine and the Holley has been running for 3.5 years now.

A couple of 24 valve guys I know who use the Holley pumps carry a spare in the truck. Makes me wonder why they don't just get a better pump...

I am upgrading to a 2nd gen. piston pump very soon. Shortly after I installed the Holley I have watched the psi steadily get weaker and weaker. It barely hits 10psi now . Its less than a year old.

I ran several Holleys and never had a failure, Maybe I'm lucky. Skinny, could your low supply pressure be due to your recent edm's? Injectors ussually have a great effect on pressures. And my pumps all have only made a consistent 12psi?

My Holley Blue has been on for almost two years and 40,000kms. No problems at all. I have mine wired to come on ONLY when the engine is actually running, not with the key. Maybe that makes a difference? No dead heading?

I maintained almost 15psi for the first couple months then one day It was just under the 15 mark, week later a little lower and so on. It's held at 10psi for a min. now. Hoping it holds long enough to find time to do the piston pump install. IMPO ya gotta hope ya get lucky with the Holley. Maybe I did something wrong though. I don't really think its a bad pump just hasn't lasted in my situation.
