Help,,vent fitting leaking

ive noticed my truck has been starting rough of the mornings and today i was looking around under the hood and seen fuel dripping out of the rubber cap that covers the vent fitting on the injection pump,,,,has any one else had this problem,,and if so how do i fix it,,,any help would be appreciated,,,i was gona go pick up my neices furniture from her colledge in the morning but that can wait,,,,it still runs good but i dont want to take any chances

Need to replace seals in top of pump. Check sticky for leaking fuel pin. It'll have what you need to do. Should be safe top drive for now.

i know this is probably a stupid question but would this cause it to idle rough when it first starts and not have as much power,,,and ive noticed its using a lot more fuel than usuall does it leak worse when its under load,,,,,and thanks for telling me about how to find it in the sticky that exactly what mine is doing .....
