Your 1st post said you shoved the pump to the head....

By increasing your timing you will get less boost and have less low end power.



That being said, If it were me I would check the boost line going from the head to the AFC like Greed 93 said. I've broke one before.

Easy way to check and see if the fuel pin is getting pushed all the way down: put a little grease on it and go for a WOT spin. Pull it back out and see where the line in the grease stops.

Make sure you are getting full pull on the linkage. With the truck off stomp your foot to the floor. Have some one see if you have more room left under the hood.

Ah! I wouldn't have thought increasing your timing would have affected the amount of boost... I will check my pin travel and linkage issue tomorrow. Good info guys!
