Help.
The black plastic peice that attaches to the linkage ball i pointed to in the picture broke right off the threads of the linkage, split in two.
I asked the local mom and pop parts store, they said dealer only.
I tried to get the whole linkage with both the plastic ends but just the plastic end would do. Help?

Go to a good hardware store and get a length of rod and some heim joints. make your own linkage.
The new ones from Dodge or Cummins have metal ends on them.

It was so cold out the black plastic end basicly blew apart. nothing left to glue.
so can i use the old rod and just screw a new "heim joint" on the end and be good to go?

Ya...depending on the rod end or little heim joint u get, the rod should be long enough.. Just make sure u take the rod with you, or know what the tread size is and pitch.. Don't know what the stock is, assuming it is metric..

I' don't have school tomorrow so I'll go to the hardware store and fix it, got a reall big true value place here in town.
When mine broke I ordered it from the local Dodge dealer. It took one day to come in and it was the same part that was pictured in the link provided above. I think it was around $18.
