Headlight switch
Here in 2013, the switch is up to about $26 before tax. I'm assuming that having working headlights but losing all dash and running lights would be a symptom of a failed switch as well.
I'm in the process of trying to get to the switch, and have removed all the screws from the dash face, including the hard to find one over the radio. I also removed the panel under the steering column where the fuse box is. Even with this, the dash face won't fully release, and it almost appears that I need to loosen and lower my steering column in order to remove or at least rotate the dash face out of the way. When I start to pull it, the steering column seems to block it from fully releasing. Has anyone else had this issue?
