He has been banned, let this go gracefully instead of adding fuel to the fire.
OP - if you want a headlamp switch free, pm me.

X2 on the relay set up. Fairly easy to do and much safer. If you don't want to build a harness you can buy them on Ebay. Dunno about the quality though. The bugger is not the switch burning out but the wiring harness connector melting. This happened on my 1995 CTD on the 3rd switch.

Shucks, I got in late on this one. I would have cut J some slack. His truck dash probably doesn't have the trim parts.
Anyway, on my 1 tons pulling trailers, I had to put a relay on the marker lamp circuit also.
The train pulling tractor has relays on all the trailer circuits, 40 amp power feed and 10 amp signal and marker circuits.

Resurrecting an old thread here. I've had relayed headlamps for a number of years, but my in-dash switch must have been damaged before I installed the relays.
1. Can someone provide me detailed instructions for installing a new in-dash headlamp switch? Perhaps even with photographs?
2. I'm showing the Mopar part number was originally 4565 320, which number was superseded and replaced by part number 5602 1898AB. Is this correct?
TIA.
