You can get gauges from most of the vendors who advertise on this site, Summit Racing and Jeg's have them, and you can even get them from the DTR store.

I did mine one afternoon this summer after I got home from work and I had to wait for the sun to go down to see how the lighting looked. That didn't include drilling and tapping for the pyrometer probe though, I had done that earlier while the turbo was off.
