Its just a matter of a smaller housing usually causes higher egt's when pulling for long durations although the 351 has a larger throat so it can expel gases faster then the previous years turbos. Should keep the egt's down.

I will use a 14 cm housing on my turbo. Where can I get a 60 mm compressor wheel?

So I can't buy just the wheel? Or will the compressor housing help performance?

You need the housing with the wheel, they are a matched set.

A 60mm wheel will not fit in a 54mm hole (compressor housing).

You can machine the backing plate your self if you have access to a lathe. I did my own and the setup and cut took less than 30 minutes once I had it all apart. But Biltit's right that the housing and wheel are matched.

I used HTT parts because that's what was available when I did mine but the Gilette parts are the same thing and usually a little cheaper.

More questions:

I am thinking that I want to go with a 12 cm waste gated housing. The HE351CW has a 4" exhaust outlet, correct? What size outlet does THIS have? (Or is the outlet the side with 4 bolt holes?) If I can get one with a 4" outlet it will help keep my EGT's down, correct?

Yes the 351cw has a 4'' outlet, that housing has a standard 3'' outlet.

A 4'' will help with EGT's VS the 3'' outlet, how much is harder to tell.

He351cw have a 4.4 downpipe flange its larger then the hx40 4inch downpipe. I had to use an adapter flange to step down to fit my 4in de downpipe

Is there such a thing as a 12 cm waste gated housing with a 4" or 4.4" outlet?

The 4.4 is on the he series and its the flange size.
I believe the smallest 4 inch that holset made was a 16cm for the super 40. Aftermarket idk.

If your are keeping the h1c its gona be 3inch out far as i know no one makes a exhaust housing with a hx40 style outlet for them.
the diamond eye kit that is 4 inch has a h1c flange on it even though its 4inch.
If you step up to a hx40 or s300 itll be 4 inch then you have to get a hx40 style downpipe de sell those as well as source auto.
And if you go to the he351cw its slightly larger i used a clamp on adapter from 4.4 to 4 inch.
