Governor Spring Problems!

I have a 1992 Dodge W250 LE and just had the injection pump rebuilt, turned up, and a 3200 governor spring put in. My truck has an automatic transmission and ever since I put the pump back on my shifting is way off. All my gears shift early, overdrive kicks in at 40 mph, and my truck tops out at 65 to 70 mph. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Reset your TV cable to control your shift points. Crank the high idle screw out and/or turn your fuel up to get the top end back.

Also make sure that at WOT the linkage on top of the injector pump doesn't hit the fuel line before it hits the WOT stop.
That fuel line sometimes gets bent during pump R&R to access the pump mounting nuts.
