Got a miss in it

Ok I got a 99 24v. I been pulling a 30' gooseneck with 10 to 12 rolls on it about half way home it started getting a quick miss in it at about 2100 rpm and consistently through high rpm shift changes (5 speed) I have 195,000 miles and this is the first sign of trouble been mississippi tested since its birth it doesn't hardly do it without a load but will if you romp on it to pass some one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello. Welcome to DTR. First off, you have posted in the first gen 12 valve forum, so not many of us will be able to help you. There is a 2nd gen-24 valve forum, though.

Thanks for the response Flyboy...
That post was the result of my cousin "testing out" DTR under my account login. He has since registered on his own and will finally start beocoming MORE familiar with his truck than he could have ever expected! In short, another one bites the dust relative to the diesel bug!
Have a good one Sir...
