To good to be true?

Check my sig, I just updated it. Look closely at the fuel enhancements. At WOT up to 80 mph at freeway on ramp I can hit 30 psi boost and finally cruise at 80 mph and hold 8 psi boost. Still, my egt temps have yet to go over 975-1000 at WOT. I don't understand how some of you all are hitting 1200 and up. Is it possibly because I haven't touched the full power screw yet? Egt probe is pre-turbo at the manifold. To boot, I hardly smoke! I am curious...Carmyne

after the novelty of water(no meth)injection wore off I hardly use it; I actually run the propane about 80% of the time as an assist with fuel mpg with my daily 1 hour+ commute, not for power. I have a few uphill grades on the way home and this is where I tend to have the most fun at WOT. I never have messed with the power screw...do I dare?

You should notice a pretty good gang if you do adjust your power screw but the temps will go up.

That is why your EGTs are not too high, you havent done anything with the fuel screw. If it was me I would but I dont mind some smoke.
I installed the piston lift pump, it maintains 13 PSI all the time.

Is it just another stock lift pump or aftermarket? Could mine be going sour...I just turned 107,000 miles? Carmyne

The part numbers are in the tech facts section at the top. It is a cummins part based on the 2nd gen style lift pump but it is built to lower psi as anything over 20psi will blow the seals on a ve injection pump. the cost seems to be around $300USD and could be ordered from your local cummins dealer. Its is a pain to get some of the parts so you have to order it in advance cuz most of the time they don't have them in stock.

your could be on its way out and not suppling the proper amount of fuel to your ip
