Good deal on a turbo?

is this a good deal?
I found this ad for a WH1C/14cm Exhaust housing for $300. Is that a good deal? Will it be an improvement over what I have now for the stock '93 turbo?

WH1C is a little better than the H1C and the 14cm will help with spool up. A cool side affect is the MWE slot in it, it what makes the loud whistle when it spools

Will it bolt right up? Sorry but turbo's confuse me. What if I were to just get a 14cm non wastegated exhaust housing from diesel performance. Would that give me a substantial performance boost over stock? The truck is a 93 with just basic pump mods. and slightly larger injectors.

if you are gonna change exhaust housings don't mess with a 14 non wg... smallest i'd go with a non wg is 16cm. that will help spool and get the power quicker, but won't technically add power.
