It ain't for sale, and I am not a constant mileage freak; but, the wife regularly tops 20-MPG with her truck, mostly local driving.

I'm sure she can do better on extended distances.

There are a couple 2wd auto duallies, in the neighborhood, owned by a local trucking concern, that consistently top 20-MPG.

Of course, none of these trucks get cowboyed around.

 

There's really nice blue one, 5 spd, 132,000 miles not too far from here for $4995. I'd like to have it for a cruiser/driver but I'm already making payments on one!
