exactly what the title says. I have a '99 i/c which i believe preston (rifleman) told me was 16" tall when we met so i could sell my 92 W150. I also have 3" exhaust tubing, my HX35 turbo elbow, 24v intake also. Is there any tips and tricks that anyone has done to make the install easier? Im going to install it "up side down" like DNR did. my 92 has the a 90 non i/c rad support along with the non i/c rad.

I dont know how much wider the 2nd gen ic's are compared to the powerstroke ic but when I installed the ps ic in my non ic truck I had to cut the side of the radiator support. ( the one that is attached to the rad not the core support)

 

good luck, measure twice cut once!!

 

Follow the sticky....24V's from top to bottom are 16 inch's tall. Little more work. Not a bid deal though..

 

thanks guys, yea ive been readin the sticky. hopefully all goes well. get it all in, make sure it works then take it all back apart and paint it haha
