Very nice. Can you make some that can hold extra oil? I like the idea of having extra oil and more cooling surface.
What are those worth?

I've got some, bought them online somewhere. Can't remember what they're called right now. They are listed for a nv4500 but they fit with a little clearancing for the front trans-bell housing mounting bolts.

Have you considered horizontal fins, instead of vertical, on the outside? Vertical inside promotes the natural oil flow, while outside the natural ram-air flows horizontally. I should think this would allow maximum cooling ability. combined with the extending sleeves shown in the PDP catalog you should be able to keep the oil downright chilly!
IIRC PTOs are a standard bolt pattern. These should fit all the handshakers with PTO provisions.
I will say, they're dang beautiful, regardless!!!!!!!

I put one of the oil filter kits from Geno's on my NV4500. It allows extra fluid as well, adn does some cooling too. Might not be as efficient as the aluminum ones but I get filtering, and some cooling in one package. Although the filter kit only works on the right side due to transmission rotation...guess I could run an aluminum one on the other side...Hmmmm

Whenever I had a manual transmission on anything I raced I always installed an oil cooler, hot oil flowed from the drain plug through a strainer, scavenger pump, oil filter, finned cooler and back into the side fill plug, the rear differential lube was cooled in a similar manner.
4.58 gears and 100 MPH generate a lot of heat.
On my Suburban I installed a cooler using an adapter plate much like the one in this kit but it was much cheaper making my own plate and sourcing the other parts through industrial parts.

There is an entire different world of parts available to the professional racing circuits.

I always figured if it works for NASCAR it would work for me.

I looked around on Geno's and couldn't find it either. Guess they don't carry it anymore. Here it is over on Quad4x4.com.....
