Gauge pod

My apologies if this has been addressed recently...my 89 has no boost gauge or pyro...I would for sure like to add those as well as a fuel pressure gauge. I am not a fan of sticking gauges on the steering column. Did anybody besides glowshift ever make a 3 gauge pillar pod for our trucks? I've seen that people say the gauges are tipped too high up. I am fairly tall so maybe it wouldn't matter? Any thoughts?

I use Autometer 2 gauge pods on most of my trucks, for boost and pyro.

I have seen people add one of their single pods above it to make a 3 pod set up on their a-pillar.

I would more likely install the boost and pyro. that you will be looking at often on the A-pillar in a 2 pod mount. Then add the fuel pressure lower in the dash somewhere as you will not need to look at that as often.

I'm a tall bugger myself and used the Autometer 2 pod as well on the pillar, and then my tach on the steering column.

Don't recall seeing that one before...for the price might be worth it to give it a try.

It looks somewhat similar to the Glowshift pod. And their websites look a lot the same? Maybe they are the same I don't know...I may order one up

To be honest, at that price I don't see how you can lose. If you don't like it, put it on ebay for 50 bucks, I bet it sells quick...Mark

Been thinking of moving my gauges from where my ash tray use to be so I can use that space for switches and indicator lights. Think I'll give the pillar one a try.

I have my gauges in bullet cans on top of the dash where God intended.

GlowShift pillar pod

I’m 6’2 and my GlowShift pod works well I only have to look up a little to see the top gauge but other than that they all are fairly visible
