Gauge Lights Power

Where is a good place to get power for the gauge lights? The Tach and pyro that the PO installed seem to get all there lighting from what appears to be the stock tach plug under the dash. I was thinking about just going right off the back of the headlight light switch unless there is something hanging right there to tap into. This is for the gauge pod with the Boost and Fuel pressure.

Tach plug is a good spot, why not use it?

The Isspro wires are very small so a splice may be challenging. The other end on the stock tach plug doesn't have much to play with. But its probally the easiest now that I think about it.

My tach is powered off the tach plug but all of the other gauges tapped into the factory dash light circut. Depending on where you mount the gauge, the heater control light is easy enough to get at.

A small toggle-switch turns on all of my gauge-lights and the little blue LED floodlights that allow me to actually SEE what the gauges say when it is dark.

The factory dash-light control, on the headlight-switch, is barely capable of handling the O.E.M. bulbs, let alone adding more.
