94 dodge cummins 5.9 fuel shutoff has three wires red whit and black. the red holds it open the black is ground and the white opens it. my problem is the white no power at start up. trying to find out where it goes to fix it. the unit does work because I put power to the white wire and it worked. the wiring diagram says it goes to the ignition but can not find a white wire on it. also says its green but definetly not at the unit where it plugs in and no green at the ignition that I could see
