Fuel Pressure #'s

I recently added 2 more guages to the mix. LOL Now Im up to 6. Anyways I installed the banjo from Geno's plumbed everything up and I cant even get 5 psi. At idle I see maybe 4.5psi and at WOT I see closer to 3psi. I know the guage works fine, because I just swapped it from Boost 0-30psi, and replaced the Boost guage.

So my next question...is this right? I have checked for kinks, etc and it all looks fine. I guess I was thinking even with a bad LP I would see a fluctuation?

Oh well, if its true...I need a LP Fast.

BTW, for anyone who doesnt already have one. Get the 2nd Gen/12V Banjo Bolt from Geno's and make sure its tapped. Even if you plug it, you have a service port to measure FP with, and the fuel delivery holes in the Banjo are Larger than that of the stock Banjo

Sounds normal for a healthy stock lift pump.

As long as those numbers are post-filter, that's in spec for a stock lift pump.

Don't sweat the 3 psi @ WOT, it's not a problem. The VE has a vane pump that will keep the internals adequately supplied as long as there is some pressure at the inlet. It's not time to worry until you have NO pressure at the injection pump. Then the vane pump is trying to suck fuel through the lift pump - not good.

I would put a 15 psi gauge on there for more accurate readings. A 30 psi gauge does not have good enough resolution.
