fuel pin installation

wats up guys, i just bought a dennyt stage two fuel pin. before i install it i wanted to make sure of a few things. when you put the new fuel pin in do you need to replace the nylon washer if so where can i get one and wat size should it be? also wat type of grease should be used on the fuel pin and do you just coat a little bit on the fuel pin itself or do other things need to be greased? and last does it matter whigh way the fuel pin is facing? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks ahead of time

Just put some "if you have synthetic" on the cut part of the pin. You shouldn't need a new nylon washer. And turn the pin to where the cut is to the front of the vehicle "front of the pump inline if you will with the shaft of the pump". I put a very very light coat of grease almost invisible on the lower section of the pin but it's not necessary. Hope this helps. Good luck you will like the pin.
ps-Fill out your sig so we can see what truck ect you have, it will help the guys on here help you if you need help on stuff.

No need for the washer.......
Some lithium grease is good but any ol grease will work.....
The cut profile faces toward the radiator.........

It can allow the pin a bit more travel.

I love my DennyT pin. Pulltilbroke installed it and my 366 spring and my truck felt much better. Didn't lug up to speed on the Interstate anymore.Huge difference.
