Fuel Pin

Fuel Pin

Ok, im been reading threw past forms and have got confused which one is the fuel pin, the one that pokes out when u open up the throttle or the one that is on the end of the afc thing on top of the pump and how u do go about grindin it

It's under the four screws on top of the pump. If you take it off mark eerything and remember where everything went. Its the eccentric thing, cone shaped.

I would lay down $200 for a old smokey one comes with a spring, thinner washer, and new pin. All the guess work is done for you it takes about 10 min. to install. Do a search under 1st gen and you'll get the website it's worth the money.

with a lil air dye grinder, find the offset side and have at it.

Hey Firedude if you mess up I got a stock one in my tool box I will give you. BullyDog makes a fuel pin too. It is real easy to change if you listen to some of these guys. There is a lot writen on the subject here in DTR. Send me a PM if you need it.
