Fuel Leak at KSB Solenoid Truck no start
 

My brother's '93, which has had the injection pump done a couple of years ago is leaking fuel at the fuel line which goes into the KSB (cold start advance solenoid). The truck won't start anymore. How does one fix this? The truck is rough and has over 400,000kms on it. If the pump needs to be done again. It will be a parts donor to hopefully a lower miled truck with a bad getrag that a guy could get cheap.
