Do you mean the vent or the electrical connection?

Fuel heater

It leaks more when i pull the electrical plug from the heater what tool do i need to remove the fitting that holds the filter and heater in. Need to get a better look at it. I could have damaged the O ring when i power washed the engine. Thanks

It's possible that the leak is from the plug. I've had numerous sensors/switches do that.

There's no way washing the engine damaged the o-ring.

Other than a 9/16" drag link socket, the best tool I have seen is a ground down cold chisel.

I removed the Fuel heater did not see any cracks looked the O ring over cleaned everything and put it back together pumped up the fuel pump and i can hear the fuel / air leaking. I need to get a mirror to see up from the top or have a friend pump the pump and look up from the bottom of the truck. Tomorrow. Thanks

Rust

I found the problem removed the Fuel heater and got a better look at the area that the heater bolts to and found a bunch of rust build up around the sealing area. Cleaned the rust of and put a new O ring in from the Hardware store. I will get the stock one next time i get to the dealer.
NO LEAK. THANKS WITH THE HELP
