Fuel Heater

How do you get the fuel heater off of the filter housing on the block?

i noticed the notches in it but i don't have a screw driver that big so i tried a flat chisle with no luck. i have no clue how to get this dumb thing off without ruining it

Maybe a couple nuts, using one as a jamb nuts? might be hard to find any with the correct threads though.......

you can use a putty knife with pliers for leverage or a drag link socket 1/16 thick by at least 9/16 wide
