Friend's 92 put down 200hp and 576tq

Hey guys. We were running trucks on the dyno at school tonight, and a friend of mine put down about 20hp and 576tq. He said all he had done was pump mods, and a k+n air filter. No 366 spring, no muffler, 5" stacks. I also have a k&n, and my star wheel is turned all the way, i have 4" exhaust from the downpipe back to the stacks, and an hx-35 with no wastegate. We weren't able to get my truck on the dyno tonight, but what do you think mine would put out compared to his. do you think his numbers are right?

It's a 92, so IC.

You havn't touched your fuel screw? That's the big one! sometimes you are able to get a half a turn even with the collar still on it if you back the lock nut off all the way. That will help!

It is NOT that hard to get that collar off man. My dually already had the collar off, but my utility truck was un touched. I'm installing a new pump on the utility truck now and popped the collar off for future turn up. I held the nut with a pair of vise grips and rested it on my bench. I used a cold chisel and a hammer to start popping it off, then chased the threads with a metric thread file (pitch is 1.00 or 1.25mm). A die would be better to make the threads better as the collar crushes the threads a little.

Did you rotate your fuel pin to the deep side?? Advance your timing???

those are worth some good ponies.

otherewise i'd say your power number is about 195hp.
