Ford body on first generation chassis
hi everyone. Im looking to put a ford f-250 body on my first generation cummins chassis. Does anyone know what years i should be looking at? I would like to be in the 70s era but im not sure how far off the body mounts are gonna be. If anyone could lead me to another forum or thread that someone has apready done this that would be great. I have a 1991 dodge w350 with a cummins and a 3 speed auto.

I would measure the wheelbase and make sure things are close. Otherwise you will need to modify the body panels or use a flat bed.
Then assume some body and cab mounts will need to be made.
Also be aware putting a much longer cab on might have its own problems. I.E putting a crew or extra cab, cab on a reg cab frame.
