I dont have any plans on how to build one. But I found mine alongside the road in a field with a 4 sale sign 800 bucks. It was the best investment ever made to this truck.
Are you going steel or Aluminum?
Dually or single wheel?

I've got one on my truck. Workes nice even has nice little sides that go on it. It works good, but i dont like it. I would much rather have a regular bed. Theres pics in my gallery if u wanna take a look at it.

Sorry, no plans. I have loved my flat bed. I do haul 2 ATV's with it. I have met many while loading and unloading and the typical comment is 'sweet'. It is nice that when I want to go somewhere with the ATV's I don't need to mess with a ATV trailer on top of the RV.
That said, my bed is just under 8' wide, and 9.5' long. that seems to be a good size for hauling a couple ATV's as well as other duties. My bed height is also fairly low - means the loading ramp is not as steep. That helps if you are loading and offloading where the truck may be parked on a angle where the ramps might be steeper than normal. So far, tying the ATV's down with straps have been adequate and I haven't needed any sort of a side to put in the stake pockets, though I have thought about it.
Some pictures of my bed are in my gallery.
Best of luck,
Rich

It's a family owned company out of Minot, ND. They will sell you plans, parts kits, or ready made units. They manufacture beds, trailers, and jigs. I don't have any experience with them, I just came across their site the other day.
