I just had a good local body shop repair mine. He used a 2-part epoxy product from Rubber Seal (a division of Teknol) called Self Leveling Seam Sealer MRS-7204. It's the OEM product nowadays on a number of Ford products.

It certainly looks a lot smoother than the OEM Mopar stuff from 1993; chemical engineering has come a long way since then.

Yes James, that is what I was referring to ! Thanks much. My gutter is still perfect at this time, but I had heard of people doing that treatment BEFORE any issues arose with their gutters as a preventative measure. This was mainly on the long ones that vans have, but it's the same as the trucks get eventually. I'll ask a guy I know at a body shop about it, they will be doing the windshield & back slider seals for me. I do most all my own work, but I'm not about to attempt that one by myself in my yard. Thanks again for your time.
