A few new mods on the 91 W250 4x4

Most of the modifications I have done so far were in and around the motor, new injectors, rebuilt VE pump, full tuneup, voltage reg, heater blower motor and a few other little things.
I am finally getting around to doing a few modifications on cosmetics on my 91. I did a carpet kit with a Spillguard pad underneath. It made a HUGE difference in sound. I couldn't hear the radio before I did it. Now I can hear a pin drop!
New saddle blanket seat cover. I also put in a new stereo and speakers, CB with external speaker, new steering components drives like a dream now, no more wandering down the freeway!
In the process of fabbing up a headache rack. Also have a triple pod gauge mount that goes on the dash. I need to wire in the TACH and hook everything up.
In the near future I am swapping out the passenger fender that was damaged. I roughed out a front bumper for a winch. I have an older Knack box for the bed as a tool box.
I will update as I go along..

Looking good. Is the Spillguard pad an automotive product? All I could find was the home version. How thick is it?

it's for home applications. I bought a 4' x 6' 1/2" thick.
Someone on this forum did something similar. This is where I got the idea.

A few more questions...

What's that on your shifter and what's the thing to the left of the front seat?
