fenders, Mopar or aftermarket?
I've been looking at front fenders and have been wondering something.. Are the Mopar Parts fenders the same as the aftermarket fenders found on sheetmetal sites?? Or are the Mopar ones factory?? Also anyone use either of these fenders and what's the quality?? should i just search for good rust free used ones??

I believe you would be time ahead using factory sheetmetal, the aftermarket stuff is close but not close enough (depending on what level you want to get to).

i got aftermarkets for mine. i wont ever do that again. where they bolt up to the core support...the two top bolts (where there is the rubber stopper for the hood) they are bent 90 degrees over what they should be...not a big deal but just a set back. i havent put them on the truck yet

if you want OEM, you better hurry because they are almost gone, if not already. Only the passenger sides were avaialble last summer and even then like 1 or 2. The NOS people have more (quite a few actually) but have raised the prices accordingly. The ease in installation between NOS rockers and aftermarket rockers is night and day

I've been hoarding up on sets of nice used fenders, just because the aftermarkets are junk and the ones available from MoPar are both overpriced and of questionable origin.
Got about 5 nice sets and numerous intercooled core supports hanging around.
Never know when you'll plow a deer and need it all.
