Exhaust Routing

I'm getting some serious vibration from my exhaust. I thought it was my getrag but it's not. Here is how I routed my current exhaust,

Red are hangers/clamps

Heres the deal, this is a new diamond eye 4" I can clamp everything where I want it and it's perfect. Makes it past the transfer case and fits wicked nice between the T and the frame. The pressure from the clamps hold it. Problem is.. over time the road and vibration losen the clamps and it drops causing all sorts of noise. Am I missing a hanger somewhere near the turbo?

I just installed my de this weekend i used the clamps that came with it because i'm cheap...lol, i haven't gotten this done yet but i'm going to put 2 small tack welds on each joint to keep the from moving once i make sure it doesn't hit, (drove it total of 4 miles since i put it on)... so next time i'm down to the truck i'll tack the pipes in place. As long as you have some way to remove the tacks if you ever need to remove the exhaust, did you mount the exhaust by the bell housing in anyway???

I had the same problem, I added a hanger between the t-case and the muffler.

There should also be a mount on the downpipe that attaches to one of the bellhousing bolts (you can make it out barely, just under the red circled part.

Ahh, I don't have a mount there.. there is a bolt that sticks out of the bell housing. I'll have to fab something up. I wonder if that was what the hanger use to hang onto? Look near the electrical connector.

just a suggestion, i cut out the fender skirt, went outboard of the frame and exited in front of the tire, i also welded a auxiliary 36 gallon tank for the passenger side in the void, got 1000 miles of range now.
