Dulley Brakes

My drum brakes in the rear are making a funny sound so I thought I'd rebuild them. I have the tires off and am wondering what to do next. When I did the drum breaks on my car, I just slid the cover off. Is it the same with these trucks?

Assuming it's a D350 you'll need to remove the axle bolts (some diff lube should drip out) and pull the axle out, then yank the drum off. The drum has the hub inside so will drip a bit too as will the axle. So at this point you're looking at the shoes, springs etc. You'll need brake spring tools as these springs are bigger than those one the car you did. Good luck with it.
