I put a 47RH in my '89 2wd regular cab and i have everything done except i need to find a driveshaft. Could i use a driveshaft from an A518 2wd truck? The 47RH is 29 spline and has a 1.26" output shaft.

I think the yoke is the same for the 727 518 618 tranys. Your best bet is to just have one made. the 618 set up is 1" longer than the 518 so that may not work.

The shop i took the shaft to can't get the yoke, he can just make the shaft.
I never realized there were so many 4x4 trucks until i looked for parts for a 2wd
