Just like it says, what are complete VE engines selling for in your area?

i see people asking $2,500-$3,000 but i dought they get that.

Always see the ads with a hailed out truck that says "$3500 you all know the engine is easily worth that"

Oh? Where? I've got a few I'd sell for $3500!

$5 to $6 thousand, usually the pumps are worked or new. Pumps are not cheap(1-2K), you can core a pump for $800. I wouldn't ask any lower than 4k unless the engine has 500,000 miles.

Mid Illinois, we have a local looking to get 1200 for a supposed 70K mile VE 6BT, not sold yet.

I'm thinking about picking it up just because I can............

I wish I could find a ve for those prices. The very rare occasion that one pops up they are wanting 3k. There are a few pee pump engines here for 1-2k, which is what I'm gonna pick up.

Ya I wish I could get that in alberta I have two Ive been trying to sell one with 370000kms for 800$ runs awesome and other one with 75000kms peirs pump and injectors and hx35 hybrid turbo all for 2000$ and all Im told is asking way to much.So Ill just keep them for myself as spares.

$1000- $1200 for a ve here. if they were worth the $2000-$3000 some people think i would would be rich strange such a great engine isnt worth more nv-4500 bring as much money around here.

Don't come up sale very often around here but when they do they usually have an asking price of 2k-2500.00.

Not sure if they sell or not.....
