Diffrences?
If you go with GDS you want the CH-02. It is the 60mm with a 2-1/2" hose outlet. CH-05 is the same comp. with a v-band outlet. Price is the same, $205 as before mentioned.
One thing to consider, is that as of 10/24/08 HTT doesn't offer antything with a hose outlet. Only v-band, for about $75 more.
The sound, I have had mine for 11 months and still have to get on it every time I drive. Even when #2 was $5/ gal.
I do not know how much it holds you back, but you might think about replacing the factory crossover with 2-1/2 or 3" tube.

The wheel on the Left is the 60mm one from GDS in the CH-02 upgrade while the wheel on the Right is the stock H1C.

CH-02 housing is on the top while stock H1C is on the bottom.

Here is the Air Horn adapter I built for my 3” crossover pipe, about as large as you can flow through the Grid Heaters.

Wanna see some restriction, here is my 3” adapter showing comparison to the Big end of the stock crossover.
