Different kind of charging issue???

Seems like everyone is having the charging issue with their truck not charging...well I have the opposite. My truck seems to be over charging. I get the trouble code for it and all. At the battery, with engine running at idle and the headlights on, im getting 15.5v. Ive got a cheesy voltmeter, but from what I can tell its switching at 15.2v....Has any one experienced this before? Suggestions?

That's usually a body grounding issue.
