Dash removal
I finally found a replacement dash for my 92 W250. I have no Idea how to get to the screws/bolts up at the windsheild. The donor truck I took it off of didn't have the windsheild so they were all exposed. My fear is that I will have to remove my windsheild to get to them unless anyone here knows something I don't? Thanks in advance. Ok some of you seem to think it's better to pull the windsheild. So how do I do it? And how long should all of this take?

There's a picture floating around of someone who cut small notches in the bottom of the windshield gasket in order to get to each screw. If you could get rough dimensions of where each screw is from a given point, say the A-pillar, you could probably do the same thing and be pretty close. If I could guess, I'd say there are maybe 6 screws across there.

i cut the windshield rubber to remove the dash.but trust me it will be easier to put the new dash in without the windshield.

you`ll be much better off in the long run pulling the windshield. IMHO
