I just bought an 89 D350 a couple of weeks ago. It has a non functional ampmeter that I would like to replace with a voltmeter. I know that the '91s came with the voltmeter. What was the first year for the voltmeter, 90?

Second question: What was the first year for the electric speedometer? Was there a factory installed mechanical speedometer that had an odometer that goes to 999,999 miles?

Aw shucks, My electric odometer only went to 167,403.

 

My '91 odometer is now at 300,159.3

We will see if it will go to 999,999....just a while to go
