Well I hate to do this but I'm probably going to put my truck up for sale in a bit as I'm looking to get a newer truck. As much as I love this thing, it just needs too much work that I don't have the time to do. I'm not leaving the CTD world though, probably going to pick up an 03 or so 2500 quad cab 4x4. I need something that has more interior room and space for more than 2 people comfortably. I'd love to keep the 93' but I just don't have the cash nor the space to house both. Man this sucks...

sorry to hear that . build a crew cab. newer rigs end up in the shop costing a fortune compared to what you got into your rig now. my brothers old 97 one ton ctd 4x4 heater core 100 bucks for the core 900 more to install it. computers on vehicals are not always the best idea. keep on posting got to love that name you took.

I don't have the time to spend on a crew cab, nor do I want a truck that long.

Don't worry you'll be liking a newer truck in no time when you get it. The 1st gen will just be a memory .

ya im in the same postion exactly, love dodge cummins more than any other truck ever!!! but im always on the road travelin to rodeos with at least 1 other person which leaves no room for gear bags etc. etc., i also like cup holders and loud radios and a truck that has a quiet cab, but heres where it gets really bad i might be gettin an 05 6.no ford powerjoke 4 door king ranch 80k 4x4 longbed but for only like 25 or less so i cant really pass it up with 0% intrest! just wish i had about 2grand to put into my truck i'd be bad to the bone, sure would be nice if a sweet 3rd gen cummins accidently rolled into my drive b4 this ford does! hehe

Man, I'm In the same boat. looking for something bigger. I'm about (not yet) to that stage in life that my soon to be wife calls "settling down". We are looking at land and houses. There are a few more toys I would like to get before the little money suckers come along. I'm most likely going to keep mine for a project truck. We're going on more trips than we did and the SC truck is getting to be a pain. We are looking at selling her car and getting an 03-04 4x4 and she drives it during the week while i'm at work.

I'd like to but I don't have the resources to do the work, it barely fits in the garage now as it is.

I had a guy a year and a half ago offer me 10K for it, shoulda taken it. Oh well, around here these trucks fetch a fair dollar, I'm not going to ask 10k but probably several grand less.
