Dang you guys, I bought another!

Well, look what you did, I bought another first gen! This one has the broken cam issue in another posting though. The price was too right to pass it up, I was about to shell out some dough for wheels and hitch, but Ill be able to swap em out for my old stuff and still have a solid (but broken) truck left over. Im hoping I can figure out what to do about the cam...its a shame cause its a straight rust free truck. Worse come to worse, Ill part the ol gal out. (it even has a gold VE pump----(reman) on it. Check her out:

Nice truck. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for it?

$1K would get you a good cam and 60lb valve springs

Well, you know, just in the interest of getting the truck running again

Price doesn't really matter as long as you're happy with it.

MikeThomas looks like a great truck from the out side not a dent. No rust which makes AZ cars the best

I think I'd scare up a running motor, swap it in, and sell the truck - unless you paid too much.
