Cool cummins adaption to eaton 5 speed

does anyone know which adaptor is necessary to bolt the eaton 5 speeds to the 6bt's
i need a part number if possible

Probably a SAE #2 or #3 to make it fit.

another question i have is what pattern does the torqflite 727 have that is bolted to our engines. is it just a big block mopar pattern.
