cruise control issue

Here's the pinout :

Pin 1 = set Br/Rd
Pin 2 = resume wh
Pin 3 = +12 THROUGH IGNITION 'RUN' db
Pin 4 = on/off yl/rd

Remember - the switches are momentary contact...Except on/off

thanks unixcowboy. I will check. Am I just to have continuity or a ground on these? If i know the switches work fine, What is the next step.
