Does anyone know way the flange is trimmed across the top just below the wheel cylinder?
Was thinking it is extra room for a wrench.
The attached pictures show the flange bolted to the 1995 13" backing plate.
All that needs to be done is slide it on the shaft and weld it in position.
Will show the outboard 1995 drum and backing plate on the shaft another day.
My wife wants me in the house.

Had to machine the original hub up to the flange and the O.D. of the flange so the 95 drum would fit.
The bolts that hold the new flange to the 95 backing plate will have to be reversed because the distance between the new and old flange is 1 5/16".
That distance will allow the nut to fit in the space with the bolt going in from the front of the backing plate.
The following pictures and one movie show it going together.

I should have machined the lip on the new flange about 1/8" deeper to allow that extra amount to becoming a stop for the bolt head going in from the front of the backing plate and the nut being on the back side between the old and new flange.
For the guys that installed the Dana 80, did you use the existing wheel cylinder or did you have to change it and if so to what size?
