compression

im gona take my injectors out on my truck and have them tested im thinking while there out gone ckeck for compression any u guys no wats it suppose to be im gona check it because i got a miss problem would be 1 way to eleminate stuff

300 psi is standard. It's more important that they are even, Cummins says no more than 100 psi difference between highest and lowest. The engine will still run OK with less compression, but it won't run smooth with one weak cylinder.

its missing sometimes cold always warm cold or hot on park and i give a good slap to 3/4 throttle gives a lot of blue smoke too. got good news a friend gona lend me his compression gage and also local shop gona lend me injector puller and they gona test them for 30$ +a little bit more if they have to clean them and readjust them so that aint bad gona try to do this as soon as they give me appointment.thanks guys
