clutch and brake pedal pad source?

Where can I find the rubber pad covers for my 1983 W350 brake and clutch pedals?
The ones I have found so far are for the small pedals not the large square type.

I have also searched un-successfully.

It puzzles me why Dorman, HELP, etc., all offer the pads for both GM and Ford, but NOT anything for Dodge; the Dodge pads are HUGE, compared to the others.

As the nearest one is three counties away, it is such a hassle for me to get anything from a Dodge parts-counter, but they are supposed to be available.

I am gonna experiment with cutting the steel to the exact same shape as that on my Fords and just use the easily available Ford pads.

Or, I might first try some screw-on plates made from aluminum tread-plate.

Most of the big trucks have a solid steel "toothed" clutch-pedal, sort of like really sharp gun-stock checkering.

My old rig getting 5-spd? Thanks for the part number, I am sick of my foot slipping off the pedals.
