cargo shelf behind the seat

Ok on my 90 gasser 1/2 ton there is a black plastic shelf kinda thing on the floor behind the seat to hold stuff. My 91 dually dosent have one and that truck is a le and the gassed is a base model. So I went to the junk yard and found one there. When I went to install it I realizes my factory lug wrench stuff in mounted to the floor where that shelf goes. Did a dually ever come with that shelf from the factory if so where did they mount the lug wrench?

The lug wrench stuff in the gasser should have been mounted inside the passenger fender.

Duallies were not supplied with a jack, I don't know where they stashed the lug wrench that came with the truck.

The factory lug wrench in my truck is mounted to the floor behind the seat where that plastic tray would go. I was just wondering if they were mounted somewhere else if it had the rear tray option. My gasser has all the stuff under the hood but there is no where to mount that hugh lug wrench and breaker bar.

Duallies never got the little shelf. The lug wrench and cheater bar was mounted in the rear passenger area on the floor of the clubcabs.
