cargo light options

that’s the air intake louver from the rear of the hood sitting on my toolbox
is there a way to re-task this uselessly dim light and expand its utility by adding a third brake light or signal capability?

I turned mine into a third brake light. Super simple. I'll have to look for the thread.

I ran a light bar off of a relay to the cargo light switch on the dash.

Unfortunately, when this thing is on, the people in Canada, can't sleep, that's how bright it is...

I may have another bracket made for the light I installed. Pretty sure I made at least 2. You would still have to paint it.

BTW: I have a big roll of that foam gasket material for those lights. Anyone who wants a piece can PM me and I'd I'll mail it to you.

The trucks b/u. Lamps in reverse
And finally with the cargo lamp activated.
